In case of any complaint, exchange or return of goods never send the goods by cash on delivery. We alert to the fact that the goods will not be received and that the settlement will be protracted

1) Introductory provisions
These Business Conditions apply to purchase in www.boolerdiamonds.cz Internet shop. The Conditions specify and define the rights and duties of the Seller (Owner) and the Buyer (Customer).
2) When and how will I receive the goods?
The order is valid and registered by us after being confirmed by e-mail. We dispatch the goods in most cases within 9 workdays at the latest; the consignment will arrive to the address selected by
you. In case the goods are out of stock, the date of delivery will be specified. If you do not agree to the date confirmed, you have the possibility to cancel your order.
3) Shipping:
We use the services of the EMS,DHL with delivery period within 8 days. The goods are free of packing charges. . Our company reserves the right to deliver the goods on a place approved by the
Customer for safety reasons. In such case it is possible to pay in cash, under observance of legal standards on the amount of cash payment. At the Customer’s wish you can visit us in our branch at

4) Order and entering into purchase agreement
1. All orders submitted through the www.boolerdiamonds.cz Internet shop are binding. The Buyer confirms by submitting the order to have got acquainted with these Business Conditions including the
Complaint Conditions and to agree with them. In case of non-collection of the consignment we shall have the right to recover the costs, incurred by us because of the Customer’s uncollected
consignment, from the Customer ( 8 USD postage and packing).
2. The order is a draft purchase contract. The purchase contract shall be created in the moment of takeover of the ordered goods by the Buyer.
3. A condition of validity of the electronic order is the completion of all data and requisites prescribed by the form.
4. The place of delivery of the goods is the address stated by the Buyer in the registration form.
5. The property right to the goods shall pass to the Buyer under the condition of purchase price payment by their takeover.
6. We declare that all goods offered within the www.boolerdiamonds.cz Internet shop is of first-class quality and in compliance with the Kimberley Process. The supply includes a tax document.
7. The prices stated in the price list are final. The Seller reserves the right to refuse execution of the order if the ordering data are incomplete or cast doubts on the real intention of the
customer to order the goods. The Seller shall send information about such refusal to the Customer’s e-mail address.
5) Complaints
1. Any complaints shall be settled in compliance with the Complaint Conditions of www.boolerdiamonds.cz .
2. The goods can be reclaimed at the Owner’s according to the Complaint Conditions.
3. The Buyer shall inspect the goods at their reception without unnecessary delay and inform the Seller immediately about any possible defects detected.
4. The Buyer shall submit the notification of the defects detected in written form to e-mail or b y phone. The Buyer shall describe the defects.
5. The complaint must be accompanied by the invoice and the document of delivery and payment of the goods whose defects are reclaimed.
6. The Seller commits itself to inform the Customer within five days from reception of the complain at the latest about the manner of its settlement.
7. It is further necessary that the Buyer sends any defective goods for complaint to the Seller in the state in which the Buyer has received them from the Seller, i.e. in original package. The
Carrier shall not be liable for wrongly packed consignments. Any defect complaints caused by transport of the goods in insufficient package shall not be taken into consideration. The Seller shall
not assume any responsibility for losses caused by external events and wrong handling. The guarantee provided shall not cover defects of such origin either. The guarantee period shall start running
by the day of takeover of the goods by the Buyer.
8. In case of withdrawal from the agreement by the Customer in legal period, the Owner shall return the price of the goods to the Customer’s bank account or address.
6) Concluding provisions
1. These Business Conditions apply in the wording stated at the Seller’s websites on the day of dispatch of the electronic order by the Buyer.
2. By sending the electronic order, the Buyer shall accept without reservation all and any provisions of the Business Conditions in the wording valid on the day of dispatch of the order as well as
the price of the goods ordered valid on the day of dispatch of the order, including postage and packing, stated in the catalogue of www.boolerdiamonds.cz Internet shop, unless demonstrably agreed
otherwise in any specific case. The Buyer shall be irrevocably bound by the order dispatched.
3. The order can be cancelled only by phone within 1 hour from ordering. Otherwise the cancellation shall not be taken into consideration. Agreement with the Seller is needed in other cases. The
Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from collection of the goods.
7) Personal data protection
The Owner declares that all data of personal character (name, surname, phone numbers, e-mail address and postal address) are confidential, shall be used only for internal need of
www.boolerdiamonds.cz and shall not be made public, made available to any third person or misused in any way. The personal information is collected for business, logistic, statistic and marketing
reasons. When dealing with personal data, www.boolerdiamonds.cz commits itself to obey the Act No.101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection. If any business case emerges where the Customer’s
personal information must be passed to the Supplier, ww.boolerdiamonds.cz commits itself to pass such information only upon previous consent by the relevant Customer. Any information of personal
character cannot be passed without consent.
